The Pony Express Council invites you to celebrate the 2025 Class of Eagle Scouts at a special dinner on February 28, 2026, at the Saint Joseph Country Club. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Eagle Scout Recognition Dinner and will feature a keynote address from David Wasinger, Missouri’s Lieutenant Governor and father of two Eagle Scouts.

• Social Gathering: 5:00 PM

• Dinner Served: 6:00 PM

After dinner, the 2025 Eagle Scout Class Honoree, Ed Stroud, will address the new Eagle Scouts, highlighting their achievements, service projects, and the impact Eagle Scouts continue to make in their communities.

If you'd like to sponsor a new Eagle Scout, sponsorships are $35, which includes:

• Dinner for a new Eagle Scout

• A small gift for a new Eagle Scout

Sponsoring an Eagle Scout does not reserve a seat for the sponsor; dinner seating is a separate option.

Beginning this year, we also offer a Legacy Sponsor option for $100, which sponsors two Eagle Scouts and includes the sponsor’s dinner.
